Renee L. Spieckermann
Attorney Renee Spieckermann focuses her practice on trusts and estates, including estate planning, administration, elder law, conservatorships, and litigation. Renee has authored estate planning materials and lectured on legal topics relating to trust formation and administration, as well as elder law. She has drafted hundreds of estate plans, including complex multi-million dollar plans which potentially save beneficiaries millions of dollars in taxes. Renee has also successfully closed large and small estates and brokered settlements among beneficiaries in order to avoid costly litigation. She is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, LA County Bar Association, Bruins Professionals, and has received her “specialist designation” by the California State Bar Association in the fields of estate planning, trusts, and probate. Renee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. Thereafter, Renee also earned a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Loyola Law School. She is admitted to practice in the California Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, U.S. Tax Court, and Federal Court of Claims.
